At Sureplot, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how Softaro Technolabs ("Sureplot", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit our website or use the Sureplot real estate CRM platform and related integrations (together, the "Service"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the Site or Service.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect includes:

  • Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with the Site or Service.
  • Business & Customer Data: Information our customers add to the Service, such as leads, contacts, properties, quotations, and bookings, which may include the personal data of our customers' own end-customers.
  • Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Site.
  • Financial Data: Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Site. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, Razorpay.
  • Integration Data: Information made available when a user connects a third-party account to the Service — for example a WhatsApp Business account (via Meta) or a Google Calendar account — including access tokens (stored encrypted) and the data those integrations return, such as messages and calendar events.

2. Use of Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site or Service to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process your transactions and send you related information, including purchase confirmations and invoices.
  • Send and receive messages on our customers' behalf through connected channels such as WhatsApp.
  • Provide optional AI-assisted features, such as lead qualification, brochure data extraction, and reply drafting. Content processed for these features may be sent to third-party AI providers solely to return a result, and is not used to train their models where the provider offers that setting.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • Send you administrative information, such as updates to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Site and Service.

3. WhatsApp & Meta Platform Data

When a user connects a WhatsApp Business account, we use Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform and Facebook Login for Business. With the user's authorization, we receive information such as the WhatsApp Business Account and phone number identifiers, and the messages and message status exchanged with that business's customers.

  • We use this data only to operate the messaging features the user has enabled — sending, receiving, displaying, and logging conversations within their workspace.
  • Access tokens are stored in encrypted form and are never shared with other customers.
  • We handle Meta Platform data in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

4. Google User Data

If a user connects Google Calendar, we access calendar data only to create, read, or update events related to their CRM activity, such as scheduling site visits and follow-ups. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google data for advertising and do not transfer it except to provide the feature, comply with law, or as directed by the user.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

  • By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including payment processing (e.g., Razorpay), messaging (Meta/WhatsApp), calendar (Google), AI processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and marketing assistance.
  • Within a Customer's Workspace: Data added to the Service is visible to authorized users within that same customer organization.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as an account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customers may delete records within the Service at any time.

7. Data Deletion & Requesting Removal

Users and customers may delete their data from within the Service. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, or to disconnect a WhatsApp/Meta or Google integration and delete the data received through it, email privacy@sureplot.in with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We will verify and process valid requests within a reasonable period. Disconnecting an integration within the app immediately revokes our access tokens for that integration.

8. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information, including encryption in transit, encryption of sensitive tokens at rest, hashed passwords, access controls, and audit logging. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site and Service are business tools and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
